This website is operated by Scratch Card Joe (“we”, “us”, “our”). In these terms, “the site” means scratchcardjoe.com and everything on it.

By using the site — whether you create an account or just browse — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms should be read alongside our privacy policy and cookie policy.

We are not a gambling operator. We do not take bets, hold deposits or pay out money. The games on this site are free to play and involve no real money at any point.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use the interactive features of this site. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions.
• When you register you must confirm your date of birth and confirm that you are over 18. Giving false information about your age is a breach of these terms.
• If we believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the associated data.
• You are responsible for making sure that using this site, and any site we link to, is lawful where you live. Online gambling is restricted or prohibited in some countries and territories.

• One account per person. Creating or controlling more than one account — including through friends, family members or shared devices — is not permitted.
• The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. Your username must not impersonate anybody, contain offensive or unlawful material, or suggest an affiliation with us that does not exist.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not share your account with anybody.
• No automation. Bots, scripts, macros, emulators, headless browsers, automated clickers, VPN or proxy chains used to disguise activity, and any other tool designed to simulate watching or playing are prohibited.
• Accounts are personal to you. They cannot be sold, gifted, rented, shared or transferred to anyone else.

• Joe Coins are a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use a feature of this site. You do not own them and they are not your property.
• There is no way to buy Joe Coins. We do not sell them and we will not accept payment for them.
• Joe Coins are earned through the activities described on the site, such as watching the embedded stream while it is live, one-off bonuses, and prizes won in the games. Earn rates, caps and bonuses are set by us and may be changed at any time.
• Joe Coins have no cash-out value and confer no entitlement to any prize, payment or benefit outside the site.
• We may adjust, withhold, reverse or remove Joe Coins from any account where we reasonably believe there has been abuse, fraud, automation, multi-accounting, a technical fault, or a crediting error. Every coin movement is recorded in an append-only ledger and we will correct mistakes in either direction.
• Joe Coins do not expire, but they are lost permanently if your account is closed or deleted, by you or by us.
• We may discontinue Joe Coins, or the site itself, at any time. If we do, unused balances lapse and no compensation of any kind is payable, because Joe Coins never had any monetary value in the first place.

• The scratch card games are provided for entertainment only. There is no stake, no real-money wager and no prize of monetary value.
• Outcomes are determined by a random number generator running on our servers. The result of every card is decided before it is displayed to you. The scratching animation is presentational only and cannot influence the outcome.
• Each card’s prize table and win chance are published on the site. We may change prize tables, prices and limits at any time; changes apply to cards played after the change.
• Daily play limits apply and are shown in the site’s help content. We may change them without notice.
• If a game result is affected by a bug, a display error or a technical failure, we may void the result and reverse any Joe Coins credited or debited by it.
• Leaderboards and win listings are for entertainment. Rankings carry no prize and may be corrected or reset.

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else’s use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, another user’s account, or our servers and infrastructure;
• probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, prize tables or random number generation logic beyond what we publish;
• introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code, or launch any denial-of-service or excessive automated request activity;
• post or transmit anything abusive, hateful, obscene, defamatory or infringing through any feature that lets you submit content, including usernames and contact messages;
• misrepresent your identity, your age, or your relationship with us or any casino listed on this site.

We do our best to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or secure at any given time. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change all or any part of the site — including the games, the earning mechanics and Joe Coins themselves — without notice and without liability.

The site embeds third-party services, including the Kick video player. Their availability, behaviour and content are outside our control and are governed by their own terms.

• We are an affiliate. Links to casinos on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and go on to register or deposit, we may receive a commission from that operator. This never costs you anything extra and never changes the offer you receive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can close your account at any time from your profile page, or by emailing us. When you do, your account and its Joe Coin balance are removed permanently and cannot be restored.

We may suspend or close your account, remove Joe Coins, and refuse you access to the site if we reasonably believe that you have breached these terms, that your account has been used for fraud, automation or multi-accounting, that you are under 18, or that your conduct puts the site or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

We may update these terms as the site develops or as the law requires. The current version always sits on this page, with the date it was last changed at the top. If we make a change that materially affects your rights, we will make that clear on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. You and we agree that the courts of Northern Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own home nation.
